Chivas Simi Valley is a competitive youth soccer association that services children from Simi Valley, Santa Clarita and Newbury Park. Currently, Chivas Simi Valley has over 180 players, ages nine to 18, registered to the club. Each year more players and teams are added to the organization.

 

Chivas Simi Valley is a 501(c) nonprofit organization. Our club is made up of strictly volunteers. All money that is collected goes directly back to the players and the upkeep of the club.

 

 

Background

 

Chivas Simi Valley was founded by Joseph (Pepe) Perez in the 1970ʼs and again in 2005. The decision to bring Chivas Simi Valley back was based on wanting to offer players an alternative not only in soccer skills but to teach life skills. The club emphasizes the importance of family and education, respect for the sport and for others, discipline and motivation in players in life and in the sport.
